Getting started with TFHK begins at Level 1, allowing individuals to immediately support their own well-being and that of their families. For those wishing to pursue a professional pathway, further training can lead to becoming a Registered Kinesiologist. The training pathway offers a progressive and comprehensive approach to learning and applying Touch for Health principles.

If you wish to join Level one training, you will need to register first (email or use the "register" button below. Students are also required to purchase the TFH Manual (Toni Lilley- synthesis) $65 NZD and Synthesis Students Worksheets (version 1) $55 NZD.
These cover all four levels of TFH Kinesiology and are available through the Touch for Health NZ website - www.touchforhealth.nz/shop

I have previously had kinesiology done on me, so had a small idea about what was involved. Upon arriving on the first day of course, I was at first daunted by the experience of the other participants, on this course. However, through the gentle guidance of Ange I was able to pick up on what needed to be done. Throughout the course Ange was very encouraging and when I needed correcting, she did it in such a way that I felt empowered and was able to understand what I was doing.
By the end of this course, I had an understanding of 14 muscle checking, also how to switch on the body and just how the body was able to communicate exactly what it needed or didn’t need.
Ange was incredibly patient, especially when she was hearing the same questions being asked multiple times. I would certainly recommend this course to anybody. It’s a great foundation to start with if you want to go further along the lines of kinesiology. I will be certainly returning for level two, when Ange does this in the future.
