During this consultation, we discuss what areas you need help with or would like to focus on at present. We can also muscle test to help determine a particular blend suited to you. The First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand ® are created from beautiful native plants in Aotearoa. Each essence has an individual quality and up to 8 essences can be used to create a particular blend for you. Once you know what kind of essence you’d like or one that you’ve had previously made up for you during a session, you are welcome to order a particular blend without a consultation.
