Service Description

Reiki is a wonderful health modality and is a very relaxing experience. As a Reiki Master in Usui Reiki, I love working with this amazing Japanese healing system with my clients. Reiki sessions are held in the tranquil little "Reiki room cottage". This is smaller more intimate space and is filled with crystals, a warm “little fire” and the beautiful aromas of essential oils. This is a very relaxing and calming therapy, with client’s often falling asleep during a session! Here you will receive a reiki energy session as you lay comfortably on the massage table with a blanket, soft music, and the smell of beautiful aromatherapy oils. The room is warm and cosy with a very peaceful vibe. Crystals and chakra sprays, tuning forks are often used during these sessions, which usually lasts between 45min to 1hr. Reiki is a natural, vibrational, hands-on/or just above the body healing practice which utilises the presence of universal life force energy or Ki/Chi, to support the body's self-healing ability. Reiki promotes relaxation, stress reduction and symptom relief to improve overall health and well-being. It is best to be well-hydrated before a session, and to continue to drink a good amount of water after your session.
